1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with a product.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [5–7 days] of delivery at takersentertainment716@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a store credit or replacement.

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
